Dhaulagiri Base Camp Trek is one of the major trekking courses in Nepal and is off the well-known off-road trekking trail that is known among the outside and residential trekkers and voyagers. Dhaulagiri Mountain crest of 8167meters is the seventh highest summit of the globe and is clearly the main fascination of the Dhaulagiri Base Camp Trek. This trekking adventure offers fascinating common nature excellence with the evergreen backwoods studded with rhododendron trees along with the colossal Himalayan Mountain Range. Alongside the Annapurna Base Camp, Dhaulagiri Base Camp is the most bold and challenging trekking destination in the Annapurna district.
The circuit of Dhaulagiri and the intersection of the French Pass leads the travelers to the region of high crests and remote valleys of the hidden Nepal Himalayas. Starting from Beni Bazar located on the banks of the Kali Gandaki River, this tremendous trekking course climbs the exquisite and untainted valley of Glacier River named as Myagdi Khola which streams southwards from the heart of the Dhaulagiri Himalaya. Following a week of strolling, through a perpetually enchanting landscapes and various beautiful traditional village settlements the travelers reach the Dhaulagiri Base Camp and set themselves up for the intersection of the ‘French Pass’ of 17,580 feet above sea level. This is a straight forward pass intersection lying underneath the northern inclines of Dhaulagiri Himalaya. The nature, landscapes and perspectives from this viewpoint are just incredible. The travelers will take a day to investigate the secretive ‘Concealed Valley’ before going towards the Dhampus Pass and making the long drop to Jomsom in the famous Kali Gandaki Valley. After landing at Jomsom airport the travelers will fly back to Pokhara airport and then fly back to Kathmandu international airport.

Day 2. Fly to Pokhara, drive to Beni and camp. 2 hours driving. Camp.
Day 3. Trek to Babichor (3,100 feet). 5 hours walking. Camp.
Day 4. Trek to Dharapani (4,825 feet). 6 hours walking. Camp.
Day 5. Trek to Muri (6,070 feet). 6 to 7 hours walking. Camp.
Day 6. Trek to Boghara (6,825 feet). 6 hours walking. Camp.
Day 7. Trek to Dobang (8,200 feet). 5 hours walking. Camp.
Day 8. Trek to Sallaghari (9,250 feet). 6 hours walking. Camp.
Day 9. Trek to Italian Base Camp (12,005 feet). 6 to 7 hours walking. Camp.
Day 10. Rest and acclimatization day.
Day 11. Trek to Glacier Camp (13,780 feet). 4 to 5 hours walking. Camp.
Day 12. Trek to Dhaulagiri Base Camp (15,420 feet). 5 to 6 hours walking. Camp.
Day 13. Rest & acclimatization day at Dhaulagiri Base Camp.
Day 14. Trek via French Col (17,580 feet) to Hidden Valley (16,565 feet). 8 hours walking. Camp.
Day 15. Exploring the Hidden Valley. Camp.
Day 16. Trek over Dhampus pass (17,190 feet) to Yak Kharka (13,900 feet). 8 hours trekking. Camp.
Day 17. Trek to Jomsom (8,760 feet). 6 hours walking. Lodge.
Day 18. Fly to Kathmandu via a short stop in Pokhara. Hotel.
Day 19. Sightseeing in Kathmandu or contingency day on trek. Hotel or lodge.
Day 20. Transfer to the Kathmandu International Airport for our departure.
